Workshop Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• All workshops must be booked in advance and full payment is required to confirm your place.

• Bookings must be made via email: lucydprescott@hotmail.co.uk

• Payment is required within 7 days of booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay within this period may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• Workshop fees include all materials, tools, and safety equipment required for the session, unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made with at least 14 days' notice will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop will receive a 50% refund, unless you choose to rebook for a future date.

• No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.

• If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative date.

3. Workshop Vouchers

• We offer vouchers for beginner workshops, valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Vouchers must be arranged via email and will include an expiry date.

• Vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.

• Voucher holders must book their workshop date at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.

4. Health and Safety

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided during the workshop.

• Protective equipment will be provided, and appropriate clothing is recommended.

• We reserve the right to refuse participation if a participant is deemed to pose a safety risk to themselves or others.

5. Liability

• While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, participation is at your own risk.

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the workshop.

• Public and Products Liability Insurance (Limit of Indemnity: £10,000,000)

• Professional Indemnity Insurance ( Limit of Indemnity: £5,000,000)​

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

• We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with GDPR.

• Personal information provided during booking will only be used for workshop administration and will not be shared without consent.
